How do I start using Kai AI?

Do I need to provide personal information?

Kai AI requires minimal information for registration. We only collect what's necessary to provide our services and protect your account. We never share your data with third parties.

Is Kai AI available 24/7?

Yes, Kai AI operates 24/7, providing real-time analysis and responding to your commands at any time. Our AI systems continuously monitor markets and are always ready to assist.

What cryptocurrencies does Kai AI support?

Kai AI supports thousands of cryptocurrencies across major blockchains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and many others. If a token is traded on major exchanges, we likely support it.

Credits & Billing

How do credits work?

Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Different commands cost different amounts of credits based on the computational complexity required. Basic signals cost 5 credits, while comprehensive master analysis costs 100 credits.

When do credits refresh?

Credits refresh on the 1st of each month for all users. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month, so it's best to use them before they expire.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you exhaust your monthly credits, you can still use basic features like checking your watchlist and viewing help. To access AI analysis features, you'll need to wait for the monthly refresh or upgrade to a higher tier.

Can I purchase additional credits?

Additional credit purchases are not currently available. We recommend upgrading to a higher subscription tier if you regularly exhaust your monthly allocation.

How does billing work for upgrades?

When you upgrade mid-month, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle. You immediately receive the full credit allocation for your new tier.

What's the difference between /signal and /analyze?

/signal (5 credits) provides a quick AI trading signal with basic trend analysis. /analyze (25 credits) offers comprehensive analysis including technical indicators, market sentiment, volume analysis, and detailed AI recommendations.

How accurate are the price predictions?

Our AI predictions are based on historical data, technical analysis, and market sentiment. While our models have shown strong historical performance, no prediction is guaranteed. Always conduct your own research and consider predictions as one factor in your trading decisions.

Can I set unlimited price alerts?

Alert limits depend on your subscription tier: Free (3 alerts), Basic (15 alerts), Pro (50 alerts), and Elite (unlimited alerts). Each alert can monitor specific price levels and market conditions.

What is whale tracking?

Whale tracking monitors large wallet transactions and movements by significant holders ("whales"). This feature helps identify potential market impacts from major buy/sell orders and institutional activities.

How does natural language processing work?

You can ask Kai AI questions in plain English instead of using specific commands. For example, "What's happening with Bitcoin today?" will trigger our AI to provide relevant analysis and insights.

Elite tier users have access to our professional API for integration with trading platforms and custom applications. Lower tiers currently do not include API access.

Does Kai AI provide investment advice?

Kai AI provides analysis, insights, and information to support your trading decisions. We do not provide personalized investment advice. All analysis should be considered educational and supplemental to your own research.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Use the /subscription command in the Telegram bot to view upgrade options. You can securely complete the upgrade process directly through the bot interface.

Can I downgrade my subscription?

Yes, downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current tier's features until the end of your billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the /subscription command and select the cancellation option. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the Free tier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency payments only.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer prorated refunds for unused portions of monthly subscriptions in specific circumstances. Contact our support team through the Telegram bot for assistance with billing issues.
